Become a Ground Control
Distributor

Own and grow a region within the next generation of turf management.

The opportunity

The industry is shifting.
Ground Control is
at the centre of it.

The turf industry is moving toward structured, data-driven operations. Compliance, procurement, and team management are converging into integrated systems.

Ground Control is where that shift lands — combining operations, compliance, and marketplace procurement into a single platform used daily by golf courses, contractors, and councils.

Distributors play a key role in expanding this ecosystem — and sharing in what they build.

Operations Platform

Used daily by turf professionals to manage tasks, staff, and compliance.

Marketplace

Embedded procurement for inputs, equipment, and supplies.

Atlas AI

Operational intelligence surfacing decisions when they matter.

The role

What Distributors Do

This is an active, commercial growth role. Distributors are not passive channel partners — they are regional operators driving the expansion of the platform.

01

Acquire Organisations

Identify, qualify, and convert new organisations within your region. You own the pipeline and the relationships.

02

Manage Opportunities

Handle inbound and outbound leads. You run the commercial process from first contact through to close.

03

Run Demonstrations

Present the Ground Control platform to prospective clients. You are the face of the product in your territory.

04

Support Onboarding

Work closely with the Ground Control team to onboard new organisations and ensure they are set up for success.

Structure

A Defined
Territory Model

Ground Control operates on a structured territory model — not an open, overlapping channel. Each region is allocated with intention and protected accordingly.

This ensures consistency, accountability, and long-term value for each partner — and for the organisations they serve.

1

One distributor per state

Regions are exclusive. Once a territory is allocated, it is closed.

2

Defined boundaries

Clear geographic boundaries remove overlap and protect your market.

3

Multi-territory expansion

Distributors who perform strongly may expand into additional states or countries.

Recurring revenue

Revenue That Compounds

Ongoing Commission

Distributors earn a percentage of recurring revenue from every organisation they bring onto the platform.

Not a One-Time Sale

Revenue is tied to the ongoing subscription of each client — it compounds as your region grows.

Tied to Your Growth

The more organisations you onboard and retain, the greater your recurring income from that territory.

This is recurring revenue tied to the growth of your region — not a transactional arrangement.

Who this is for

Built for the
Right Operators

This is not open to agencies or general sales teams. We are looking for strategic operators with real presence in the market — not order-takers.

Sales agencies and commission-only brokers are not the right fit and will not be progressed through the application process.

Ideal distributors

Already operating within the turf or closely related industries

Hold an established network of organisations that are potential Ground Control clients

Understand the operational side of the industry — not just sales

Can run a structured, commercially focused growth process

Are committed to a long-term partnership, not a short-term revenue play

We prioritise long-term partners who contribute to the ecosystem — not just sell into it.

Strategic advantage

Retail + Distribution

Many distributors also operate as retailers within Ground Control. This combination creates a powerful, compounding position in the market.

01

Sell into your own network

Use your distribution role to introduce the platform to organisations you already know and trust.

02

Supply products directly

As a retailer, your products are embedded in the same system your distribution clients use daily.

03

Capture both revenue streams

Software subscriptions from distribution. Product revenue from retail. A single ecosystem, two channels.

Exclusivity

Selective by Design

Distributor roles are limited and allocated carefully. Once a territory is filled, it is closed. We are deliberate about who we partner with and why.

Capability

Can you execute at the level the role demands?

Network Strength

Do you have real presence and relationships in the market?

Long-Term Alignment

Are you building a business, not just a short-term income stream?
